Juliana is a Technical Assistant in the IT & Engineering team at Mathys & Squire. She joined the firm in 2017, after graduating with a first class Masterâ€™s degree in Physics. For her Masterâ€™s project, Juliana researched a new medical imaging technique called dual wavelength capillaroscopy. This research led to a pilot medical trial and is expected to have a significant impact on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as Systemic Sclerosis.
Julianaâ€™s previous work experience includes cosmology research, focussed on gravitational lensing and dark matter. She has also worked in investment banking, specialising in mergers & acquisitions for industrial companies.
Juliana has a first class Masterâ€™s degree in Physics from the University of Manchester.Â
